Shipping & Returns
By completing an order with us, you accept and agree to abide by these terms. Please read them carefully.
We ship all trackable orders within 1 – 3 working days of receipt. Trackable orders placed on Friday and over the weekend will ship either on the following Monday or Tuesday (depending on the volume of orders received).
Carriers
We provide tracked shipping using door-to-door delivery services:
• TUNL – FedEx & UPS options (duties, taxes & shipping included in the cost).
• The Courier Guy – South Africa.
Duties & Taxes
Please note that all parcels imported from another country incur import duties and taxes. This is unfortunately unavoidable – but we do aspire to utilise the best HS code (a code used by customs to determine the percentage of duties and taxes you pay on the value of your goods) to do our best to ensure that you pay minimal duties and taxes to receive your order.
Sceletium Source Africa will not be held liable for the receiver’s import duties and taxes payments. Should there be unusually high duties & taxes or additional fees that were not listed when you placed your order. Please note, however, that with our current carriers, this is a highly unlikely occurrence.
Damaged Items & Returns:
• We do not accept return shipments.
• If an item is damaged during shipping, you can log a damage complaint with Customer Support.
• If your shipment is lost, we will offer you a replacement shipment or a full refund.
Should you have any issues with your shipment, Customer Support is available on weekdays from 9am to 5pm (South Africa time).
