The integrity of our Product

Our products are always exactly to specification. What we describe on this site, and what you order, is what you will get. If you feel there is ever compromise in this regard we will fully refund the cost of your order. Apart from our own bulk raw material and extract sourcing, we also re-sell products from other manufacturers. If there is ever an issue with a branded product from another company, we will also address this matter directly with them , and will drop their line if we are not able to resolve the matter satisfactorily.

Not only are our products to specification, but that specification is high. Our products are of the highest quality, or your money back. Once again if there is ever an issue with a branded product from another company, we will also address this matter directly with them , and will drop their line if required.

Our Delivery

You always get what your ordered. Even if we have to re-ship it ten times. This is of course highly unlikely as 99% of all our shipments are delivered the first time in perfect condition. However, on occasion packages are sometimes damaged, lost in transit or seized in customs. In that event we take full responsibility to ensure your order is re-shipped at our expense. In the case of a non-delivery we will re-ship your order 30 days after the original shipment in order to allow for delays in transit. (Exception to this unconditional delivery guarantee are large bulk FOB shipments where the client is responsible for all shipping and clearing. In that instance our responsibility ceases once the consignment has been collected by the client’s shipping agents. Or if you gave us the wrong address!)
