My testimonial is mainly for MT55. It’s the best Sceletium extract I’ve ever tried (and I’ve tried many over the last 20 years). I’ve been able to replace use of designer synthetic SSRI’s (Prozac type antidepressants) with this product. I find it doesn’t have the side-effects associated with these prescription-based drugs. It’s furthermore the most effective natural SSRI I have used. I believe Sceletium has as yet unresearched neuro-regenerative effects due to previous experiences with the MT55 and VU3 extracts. I also found that these products help clear brain fog. I would not classify them as nootropic.
